In this role, you'll lead recruitment efforts, engage with staff to foster a positive work environment, and ensure a steady pipeline of top talent. What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, from job postings to onboarding
  • Conduct interviews, orientations, and background checks
  • Foster engagement with staff to improve retention and satisfaction
  • Develop and implement employee recognition programs
  • Participate in the on-call rotation to support staffing needs

What You Bring:

  • Prior experience as a caregiver (preferred)
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation
  • 3+ years of recruiting, customer service, or administrative experience
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
  • Passion for people and team-building

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
