🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Create and maintain caregiver schedules
✅ Match caregivers to clients based on skills and availability
✅ Adjust schedules quickly to accommodate changes
✅ Communicate updates to caregivers, clients, and team members
✅ Monitor attendance and ensure compliance with policies
✅ Support recruiting efforts and participate in on-call rotations
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Experience in scheduling or staffing coordination (home care experience a plus!)
✔️ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✔️ Proficiency in scheduling software & MS Office
✔️ Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotations
